Terms and Conditions lazawim – Complete Platform Usage Guide

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the lazawim platform, including all services, features, content, and functions available through the website lazawim.pro ("Platform"). lazawim is an online entertainment platform providing a wide range of casino games, sports betting, fish shooting and other games to eligible users.

By accessing, registering or using any part of our Platform, you expressly agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Platform.

Lazawim reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of this Agreement at any time by providing reasonable notice to users. Continued use of the Platform after announcement of changes is deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

To use lazawim's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old or the minimum age required by law in your region of residence, whichever is higher.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not appearing on any list of persons prohibited from using gambling services by regulation or court order.
• Not registering using false information, another person's identity, or a third-party account without authorization.

Lazawim reserves the right to verify user eligibility at any time. Users found not to meet eligibility requirements will face account suspension or termination, and winnings obtained may be forfeited depending on internal investigation.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at lazawim at all times. Multiple account registrations, whether using the same or different information, are strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all related accounts.

During registration, you agree to:

• Providing accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including full name, date of birth and valid email address.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and not sharing login information with any other party.
• Notify lazawim immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Submitting required identity verification documents when requested by lazawim's compliance team.

Lazawim is not responsible for any losses arising from use of your account by unauthorized third parties, especially if it occurs due to your negligence in safeguarding your login information security.

Lazawim accepts deposits through approved payment methods including local bank transfer, FPX and digital wallets available in Malaysia. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Terms relating to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit is RM 30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed within 5–60 minutes depending on the method and daily limits of the receiving bank.
• KYC identity verification must be fully completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Funds can only be withdrawn to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the lazawim account holder.
• Lazawim reserves the right to withhold withdrawals temporarily for investigation purposes if there is suspicious activity.

Users agree to:

• Bet using only available funds in your account balance — no credit or loans are provided.
• Accepting game results as final and binding.
• Not using automation software, bots, or third-party tools to exploit the gaming system.
• Not colluding with other players to exploit system vulnerabilities.

In the event of a technical failure during a gaming session, lazawim will review the transaction records to determine a fair resolution. The decision of the lazawim technical team is final in all technical disputes.

Lazawim offers various types of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotional terms.

General bonus guidelines:

• Welcome bonus can only be claimed once only per user, per household, per IP address and per device.
• Bonus wagering requirements are generally between 20x to 35x bonus value, depending on the promotion type.
• Bonuses that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn as cash.
• Lazawim reserves the right to cancel bonuses obtained through improper means or fraud.
• Maximum win limits may apply to certain games when using bonus funds.

Lazawim reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The user is found to have violated any terms of this Agreement.
• The user provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• There is suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or system exploitation.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Upon user's own request for voluntary account closure.

Users may also request account closure at any time. Any valid balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal once all compliance checks are complete, typically within 5–14 business days.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, lazawim shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from wagering or gaming activities on the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control including internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters or actions by authorities.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own negligence.
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.

In any event, lazawim's total liability to a user will not exceed the amount of active deposits in the user's account at the time of the incident.

This Agreement is interpreted and governed by laws applicable to the operation of online gambling platforms. Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties within 30 days of the date of written notice.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it may be referred to an independent arbitrator appointed jointly by both parties. The arbitration decision is final and binding.
